Comal Energy Services, LP, now known as C Tech Services has obtained a Judgment against Tomball, Texas based Asset Risk Management (“ARM”) for $9.36 million following a two week jury trial in November. ARM was found by a Harris County Jury to have negligently misrepresented material facts to Comal, and as a result, Comal suffered damages. Judgment was entered on the verdict by the 234th District Court of Harris County, on January 11th.

The Judgment totaled $11,330,619.00, including prejudgment interest, and Comal was also awarded post judgment interest accruing at the rate of approximately $80,000 per month.
The Court denied ARM’s motion for new trial on Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
